We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return.

 

To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with all tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you detailed instructions along with a prepaid return shipping label. Items sent back without first contacting us will not be accepted.

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. This allows us to quickly evaluate the issue and make it right.

If you wish to exchange an item, the fastest way is to return the original product and place a new order once your return is approved. This ensures you receive your replacement quickly and smoothly.

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status.
If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to post the refund to your account.
